I am a company but I am not a member of the National Association of College Stores (NACS). How do I register?
Campus Market Expo (CAMEX) is a closed show. Non-member companies have access to the trade show floor only during our CAMEX Trade Show Walk-Through. This is my first time at CAMEX. Is there an introductory session I can attend?
Yes, there is a very informative session called the First Timers Program. It is scheduled on Thursday, March 6 from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Additional details will be provided online when the program details are finalized in the Fall of 2013.
My contact information is incorrect. How do I change it?

How do I print a registration receipt?
CAMEX registration receipts are automatically e-mailed to you as soon as you complete your registration online. If you do not receive your e-mail confirmation, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
and the receipt will be resent to the e-mail listed on the registration.
How do I pre-register for CAMEX?
Click on the Registration & Housing
link, select Registration, and follow the instructions.
Do I need to be a member of NACS to attend CAMEX?
Licensed retail buyers do not need to be members to attend CAMEX. You will need to submit a copy of your retail sales license or retail tax certificate upon request.

What are the fees for attending CAMEX?

If I register for CAMEX and cannot attend, can I get a refund?
Refunds are issued only if you cancel in writing and return your badge and any tickets by Feb. 21, 2014.
What are the dates of CAMEX?
Education will be held on March 7th and 8th, the trade show takes place March 9th-11th, 2014.
Where will CAMEX 2014 be held?
CAMEX 2014 takes place at the Dallas Convention Center in Dallas, TX.
How many people will attend CAMEX 2014?
CAMEX generally has between 6,000 and 7,000 attendees. There are generally about 2,000 to 2,200 buyers representing an average of 1,000 stores.

Which hotels are being used for CAMEX?
For a list of official CAMEX hotels, click on the Registration & Housing link and select Housing. Experient is the official CAMEX housing company. Do not be misled by e-mails from other sources claiming to represent CAMEX.
Do you have special hotel rates available to CAMEX attendees?
For details on hotel reservations refer to the Registration & Housing link/tab. Housing closes Jan. 21, 2014. All reservations made after this date must be made with the hotel directly and are subject to availability.
Why did I receive an e-mail/phone call from a company representing CAMEX and offering lower rates than posted for the CAMEX hotels?
There is only one official CAMEX housing company – Experient. Do not be misled by “pirate” housing companies under any other name. They are often here today and gone tomorrow along with your money.
How do I get to CAMEX?

Are there shuttles from the CAMEX hotels to the convention center?
For 2014, shuttles will be offered for three of the six CAMEX hotels. Please check back for additional details.
Does NACS/CAMEX provide shuttles to and from the airport?
