CAMEX Housing is closed at this time. Please allow two weeks (Feb. 4) for hotels to input the reservations before calling them to make changes or new reservations.

Room Rates and Taxes

Please book your reservation by Jan. 19, 2013 to receive the special CAMEX rates. Thereafter, CAMEX room blocks will be released and hotels may charge higher rates. All rates are per room and are subject to 15.225% occupancy tax (subject to change). Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.

Guarantees

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or check. Requests cannot be processed without a valid credit card or check.

• Credit card guarantee: Credit card must be valid through February 2013. (Credit cards are not charged until February 2013 by hotel.)
• Checks: Send checks and form to Experient Housing. Make checks payable to Experient.

Acknowledgments

Experient will send you an acknowledgment of your reservation. Please review all information for accuracy. You will not receive a written confirmation from your hotel. E-mail acknowledgments will be sent within 72 hours of your reservation being processed if you provide an e-mail address. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within this timeframe, please contact Experient.

Cancellations/Changes

Cancellations received Jan. 1-15, 2013 will be charged a $75 per room cancellation fee. Cancellations received Jan. 16-28, 2013 will be charged a $125 per room cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservations after Jan. 28, 2013, or if you do not arrive at the hotel on the date indicated, a non-refundable cancellation fee of $150 plus tax will be charged to your credit card and the hotel will cancel your room reservation in its entirety.
