CAMEX delivers campus store buyers who WANT to buy and network AT CAMEX.

As the largest and best-attended trade show in the campus retailing industry, we strive to make CAMEX the best event for both our attendees and exhibitors. We wanted to let you know of exciting changes for next year's Campus Market Expo:

For returning exhibitors—who are awarded one priority point for each year of exhibiting at CAMEX—it’s best to take advantage of your priority points by submitting your application by the first round deadline. An online booth space draw will make it easier to see available booth space, check where others have been assigned, and select your desired location in real-time. If you submit your application after the April 23, 2018, deadline, you will be assigned space on a first-come first-served, space-available basis.

CAMEX 2019 Product Category Areas on the Trade Show Floor

In an effort to make the most of attendees' time at CAMEX, help them efficiently navigate the categories they purchase, and allow them to schedule more appointments with exhibitors, the show floor will again be segmented by product category for 2019. Attendees have been asking for this change and we're thrilled to make this part of CAMEX 2019.

You'll indicate your company's principal or primary product category on your exhibit application. See below for the product groupings with sub-categories.

*Exhibitors have access to the show floor one hour before the tradeshow opens to attendees.

Booth Fees

Booth fees for CAMEX 2019 are $2,575 per 10'x10' booth if application and payment are received by April 23, 2018. After April 23, 2018, booth fees increase to $2,675 per 10'x10' space. Corners are $400 each.

Included in Your Booth Fee:

8' back drape, 3' side drape for inline booths, booth carpeting (if checked on the exhibit application), booth vacuuming the evening prior to show opening, a booth identification sign, plus five exhibit badges per 10'x10' booth, up to a maximum of 40 badges per exhibitor. Additional badges may be purchased at Registration. Your CAMEX exhibitor directory and show special listings are included free of charge. Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to attend educational sessions and Special Events. Tickets for Special Events may be purchased online.

Booth Assignment Process

To make it easier to see available booth space, check where others have been assigned, and select your desired location in real-time, an online space draw will also be part of CAMEX 2019! Applications and deposits received by April 23, 2018, will be included in the first round space draw. NACS staff will contact all who submitted an application and payment by the deadline and set booth space appointments for the week of May 7, 2018. Appointments will be set in order of priority points (one point for each year of exhibiting) and by date/time the application and payment were received. Companies that wish to exhibit side-by-side must submit their applications together with an explanatory letter. The priority points of both companies will be averaged to determine their position in the placement process. After April 23, 2018, booths will be assigned on a date-received basis without regard to priority points.

A copy of the application and contract will be returned with booth assignment and authorized signature. This contract is subject to the general rules, regulations, and policies governing the CAMEX 2019 trade show.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is due with applications received by July 31, 2018. After Aug. 1, 2018, full payment must accompany exhibit application. Contracts submitted without proper paperwork, payment, or authorized signature will be rejected. If space is not fully paid for by Aug. 1, 2018, space is subject to cancellation or reassignment at the discretion of NACS Management.

Product Category Areas

You'll indicate your company’s primary product category on your exhibit application.

Course Material Pavilion

The Course Material Pavilion is a focused space for publishers/course content providers and related course materials technology and other services providers. To be part of this area for course materials and digital strategy needs, check the Course Material Pavilion box on the exhibit application.

Standard Online Booth Listing

A standard listing comes with your booth fee and includes: Company name, booth number, one contact name, link to company website, 30-word company description, listing up to six product categories, and your show special listing.

Online Premium Booth Upgrade

Online Premium Booth Upgrade includes all items in the standard listing plus sponsorship logo on all daily planner pages and at the top of the floor plan page, highlighted entry in the online exhibitor list, access to details of attendee product category matches, four additional product categories (total of 10), and three additional press releases (total of four) for only $500. Bring a Buyer to CAMEX!

This NACS Foundation program provides grants to cover the full registration fee and housing expenses for buyers to attend CAMEX. Your company will receive recognition in The College Store magazine, at the NACS/NACS Foundation CAMEX trade show booths, at CAMEX on special signage provided for your booth, on the NACS Foundation website, and through the NACS Foundation’s CAMEX promotional materials. Just enter your contact information in the Bring a Buyer section (VIII) on the exhibit application to find out more about how to support this important effort to bring even more buyers to CAMEX!

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing addressed to NACS Expositions Department/ CAMEX 2019, 500 E. Lorain St., Oberlin, OH 44074 or via email: expositions@nacs.org. If cancellation request is received on or before Aug. 1, 2018, the exhibitor will receive an 80% refund of total booth fee (NACS keeps 20% deposit). If cancellation is received from Aug. 2 to Nov. 30, 2018, the exhibitor will receive a 50% refund of total booth fee. No refunds will be given on cancellations made after Nov. 30, 2018. Refunds due to exhibitors will be paid within 45 days of receipt of written cancellation request.

Eligible Exhibits

Exhibits are limited to companies whose products and services are of specific interest to attendees. NACS has the right to determine eligibility of a company or product for inclusion and may reject any or all applications. NACS may prohibit, close, correct, remove, or eliminate an exhibit or any part of an exhibit that it determines is not suitable to, or in keeping with, the Show's character.
