Trade Show Move-In Hours:	Friday, March 2 Saturday, March 3	8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.	Set-up must be completed by 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 3 to allow our general contractor to lay aisle carpet that evening.

Trade Show Hours:	Sunday, March 4 Monday, March 5 Tuesday, March 6	9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. *9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Trade Show Move-Out Hours:	Tuesday, March 6 Wednesday, March 7	3:00-8:00 p.m. 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

*Exhibitors have access to the show floor at 8 a.m. on trade show days. We ask that attendees and exhibitors exit the show floor at the close of show on trade show days so that we may secure the show floor for everyone as soon as possible!

What's New for CAMEX 2012?
Looking for a unique opportunity to engage buyers and prospects? At this year's CAMEX, we've scheduled Happy Hour on the Trade Show floor for the last hour on Sunday and Monday, March 4th and 5th. CAMEX exhibitors are welcome to host a bar at your booth. NACS will also be hosting at several locations on the Trade Show floor—cheers! Utah eliminated their private club system. Getting a drink in Salt Lake City is just like the rest of the country. Cheers!

Deadlines:

July: Sponsorship opportunities online.
September: Registration and housing open. Announcement with links will be e-mailed to you. The official housing contrator will again be Experient. Be wary of housing scams.

September: Exhibitor Directory goes live. Submit your online listing including show specials, product categories, and company contact info. Login link and password with be e-mailed to you.
October 3rd: Show Specials due to be included (FREE of charge) in the Hot Stuff Guide (an insert to The College Store magazine).
November: Exhibitor Service Kit available online. Exhibitor updates e-mailed to CAMEX contact person will include login and password.
November: Exhibitor Invites available.
December 19: All exhibitor information due for the onsite program/exhibitor directory.
January/February: Official contractor's early order deadlines. Order early to save money!
January/February: REGISTRATION DEADLINES - To receive exhibitor badges by mail submit badge request form by January 17th. Register online through February 17th and pick-up your badges onsite. After February 17th register onsite.
March 2-3, 2012: Exhibitor set up at Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, UT.
March 4-6, 2012: CAMEX Trade Show open.
