Room Rates and Taxes

Please book your reservation by Jan. 29, 2012 to receive the special CAMEX rates. Thereafter, CAMEX room blocks will be released and hotels may charge higher rates. All rates are per room and are subject to 12.72% occupancy tax (subject to change). Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.

Guarantees

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Requests cannot be processed without a valid credit card.

Credit card guarantee: Credit card must be valid through March 2012. (Credit cards are not charged until February 2012 by hotel.)

Check deposit guarantee: Make payable to Experient/NACS and mail along with your hotel reservation form to Experient/NACS PO Box 4088, Frederick, MD 21705. Checks will be cashed upon receipt by Experient/NACS.

Cancellations/Changes

Cancellations received Jan. 4-18, 2012 will be charged a $75 per room cancellation fee.

Cancellations received Jan. 19 – Feb. 7, 2012 will be charged a $125 per room cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled after Feb. 7, 2012 or you do not arrive at the hotel on the date indicated, a non-refundable cancellation fee of $150 plus tax will be charged to your credit card and the hotel will cancel your room reservation in its entirety.
