Associate Membership

Booth Fees

Booth fees for CAMEX 2012 are $2,425 per 10’x10’ booth up to Jan. 31, 2011 (first round booth assignment.) Corner fees are $250 each. After Jan. 31, 2011 booth fees increase to $2,450 per 10x10 booth (corner fees remain $250 each). A 10% deposit (of total booth fee) must accompany applications received up to April 1, 2011 an additional 10% must be received by April 1, 2011. The remaining balance of booth fees are due August 1, 2011.

Included in Your Booth Fee: 8' back drape, 3' side drape for inline booths, booth carpeting (if checked on the exhibit application), booth vacuuming the evening prior to show opening, a booth identification sign, plus five exhibit badges per 10'x10' booth, up to a maximum of 40 badges per exhibitor. Additional badges may be purchased at registration. Your CAMEX standard online digital booth listing, including your show special listing on the CAMEX web site, and the CAMEX trade show directory listing, are included free of charge provided information is submitted by deadline dates.

Payment

10% deposit of total booth fees is due upon receipt of applications up to April 1, 2011. An additional 10% of total booth fee is due by April 1, 2011. The balance of booth fees are due August 1, 2011. A 20% deposit is due with applications received after April 1, 2011. Full booth fees must be included with applications received after July 31, 2011. Contracts submitted without proper paperwork, payment, or authorized signature will be rejected. If space is not fully paid for by Aug. 1, 2011, space is subject to cancellation or reassignment at the discretion of NACS Management.

Booth Assignment

Applications and 10% deposit received by Jan. 31, 2011 will be included in the first round of booth assignments. Assignments will be made based on priority points (one point for each year of exhibiting) and then by date the application and payment are received. Companies that wish to exhibit side-by-side must submit their applications together with an explanatory letter. The priority points of both companies will be averaged to determine their position in the placement process. After Jan. 31, booths will be assigned on a date-received basis without regard to priority points. A copy of the application and contract will be returned with booth assignment and authorized signature. This contract is subject to the general rules, regulations, and policies governing the CAMEX 2011 trade show.

New Exhibitor Pavilion

Placement in the New Exhibitor Pavilion is available only to first-time exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. Request placement in this destination area on the exhibit application.

CCRA (Campus Computer Resellers Alliance) Pavilion

The CAMEX 2012 trade show floor will include a CCRA Pavilion focused on technology products. If you’re interested in being a part of this exciting area on the trade show floor, be sure to include your product categories on the exhibit application and check the CCRA Pavilion box.

Standard Online Digital Booth Listing

A standard listing comes with your booth fee and includes: Company name, booth number and address, one contact name, phone and fax numbers, link to company web site, 30-word company description, listing of up to 6 product categories, and your show special listing; limit 30 words.

Online Premium Digital Booth Upgrade

Be seen by buyers FIRST when browsing the CAMEX exhibitor directory. In addition to priority placement in the exhibitor alpha and product searches, your company will be listed in four extra product categories, along with your company’s logo, brochure/catalog (PDF), press release, and an online coupon if you wish. Just check the Premium Digital Booth Upgrade box on the exhibit application.

Bring a Buyer to CAMEX!

This NACS Foundation program provides grants to cover the full registration fee and housing expenses for buyers to attend CAMEX. Your company will receive recognition in the final CAMEX program, at the NACS/NACS Foundation CAMEX trade show booths, at CAMEX Mega Sessions, on special signage provided for your booth, in the NACS Foundation e-newsletter and web site, and through the NACS Foundation CAMEX promotional materials. Just check the box on the exhibit application.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing addressed to NACS Expositions Department/CAMEX 2012, 500 E. Lorain St., Oberlin, OH 44074 or via e-mail: expositions@nacs.org. If cancellation request is received on or before Aug. 1, 2011, the exhibitor will receive an 80% refund of total booth fee. If cancellation is received from Aug. 2 to Nov. 30, 2011, the exhibitor will receive a 50% refund of total booth fee. No refunds will be given on cancellations made after Nov. 30, 2011. Refunds due to exhibitors will be paid within 45 days of receipt of written cancellation request.
