Reservations

BOOK YOUR ROOM HERE—On the hotel reservations web site you can view hotel information, search room availability and make your reservation. You may also return to the site to review, modify, or cancel your reservation. A valid credit card is required to confirm online reservation requests.

For best availability and immediate confirmation, make your reservations online; requests received via fax or mail may take longer to process. All hotel requests are processed on a firstcome, first-served basis and require room guarantee. Please do not send housing forms with your conference registration.

WARNING: The official housing company for CAMEX is The Housing Connection. CAMEX/NACS has been made aware of false telephone promotions and fraudulent collection of credit card information for CAMEX Housing through other housing companies. Please reserve your room via the CAMEX web site.

Room Rates and Taxes

Please book your reservation by Feb. 5, 2010 to receive the special CAMEX rates. Thereafter, CAMEX room blocks will be released and hotels may charge higher rates. All rates are per room and are subject to 15% occupancy tax (subject to change). Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.

Guarantees

All rooms must be guaranteed with a deposit of one night plus tax per room, payable by check or credit card. Requests cannot be processed without one of the following guarantees:

Credit card guarantee: Credit card must be valid through March 2010.

Check deposit guarantee: Make payable to The Housing Connection/CAMEX and mail along with your hotel reservation form to the address provided under the “Reservations” section. Checks will be cashed upon receipt by the The Housing Connection.

Cancellations/Changes

Cancellations received Jan. 11-Jan. 25, 2010 will be charged a $75 per room cancellation fee. Cancellations received Jan. 26-Feb. 18, 2010 will be charged a $125 per room cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled Feb. 19, 2010 until arrival date will be charged a $200 per room cancellation fee. If you do not arrive at the hotel on the date indicated, you will be considered a “no-show,” your credit card will be charged one night’s room and tax, and the hotel will cancel your room reservation in its entirety.
