How do I enter?
Register and
reserve your room in an official CAMEX hotel by Dec. 31, 2009 and be automatically entered to win. A registration confirmation number, Housing Connection confirmation number and a valid e-mail address are required to validate the winner. Winners will be selected in a random drawing. Each drawing will have one store attendee winner and one exhibitor winner.
When are the drawings held?
Drawings will take place during the first week of the months of October, November, December and January, 2010. Winners will be notified by phone and e-mail. Winners are eligible to win only one prize. Entries not selected as winners will be entered into future drawings. For example, if you register in September and do not win, you will be entered for October, etc. Therefore, the earlier you register and reserve your room via www.camex.org the more chances you will have to win.

AIRFARE PRIZE RULES & DISCLAIMERS
- Roundtrip airfare will be awarded to one bookstore attendee and one exhibitor attendee in the October drawing only.
- Award must be used for travel to and from CAMEX 2010 between the dates of March 11-16, 2010.
- Airfare is valid for roundtrip travel utilizing the same airport; Orlando International Airport (MCO).
- The award airfare is valid for travel within the continental U.S. and Canada only.
- Maximum value of travel award is $400.00 inclusive of all taxes and reservation will be booked in Coach Class.
- NACS will coordinate the original airline reservation on behalf of the winners. The deadline to make reservation is sixty (60) days prior to departure.
- Changes made to the existing reservation are subject to processing fees which will be the responsibility of the winners.
- If travel to CAMEX is cancelled by the winner, ticket will be void and must be returned to NACS.
- The airline booked for travel will be at the discretion of NACS. Preferred travel dates and times will be accommodated based on availability.
- Airline selection is limited to Air Canada, AirTran, Continental Airlines, Delta, Frontier, JetBlue Airways and Southwest Airlines. Travel is subject to availability and certain restrictions will apply.
- The winners of this drawing will be verified by NACS for required eligibility.
HOTEL PRIZE RULES & DISCLAIMERS
- Winner will receive one room for two nights on a complimentary basis plus applicable tax at one of the official CAMEX hotels for use between the dates of March 11-16, 2010.
- Incidental charges and upgrades will be the responsibility of the guest.
- The hotel will be assigned by NACS and is based on room availability.
- The complimentary room will be a standard room and a Saturday night stay is required.
- If winner's travel to CAMEX is cancelled, room nights can be transferred to another registered attendee within the same store or exhibiting company.
- The winners of this drawing will be verified by NACS for required eligibility.
