CAMEX Pre-Registration is CLOSED at this time!
Please register in Salt Lake at the CAMEX Onsite Registration booth.

Retail Store Buyers:
If you are not a member of the National Association of College Stores (NACS) please bring copies of the following to register.

*Registration form must be accompanied by the required business identifications:

Photocopy of resale tax certificate plus any one of the following:
An invoice from a supplier for more than #300;
Yellow Pages directory listing;
Store Lease;
Pre-printed company letterhead with business card (not computer-generated);
Copy of advertisement in local or campus newspaper.
For states without sales tax, any three of the above may be presented

If you are a company/vendor/wholesaler who is NOT a member of NACS, the only access to the trade show floor is to participate in the CAMEX Walk-through on Monday, March 5 rom 3-5:30 pm. There is no fee, but it is only offered one time.

Members can register on site at the CAMEX On site registration booth.

Registration and Cancellation Information

Registering by Jan. 13
Your badge will be mailed to you at least two weeks before event. Badges will not be sent to countries outside the Continental U.S. Residents of other countries may pick up badges on site at the CAMEX Scan & Go Stations in Salt Lake City. You will need your confirmation with barcode.

Registering between Jan. 14 and Feb. 17
Pre-register online and pick up your badge and tickets (if applicable) at the CAMEX Scan & Go Stations in Salt Lake City. You will need your confirmation with barcode.

Registering after Feb. 17
Please wait to register in Salt Lake City at the CAMEX Registration Desk.

Onsite Registration Hours:
Thursday, March 1                           8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday, March 2                               8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday, March 3                           8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday, March 4                             8:00 am – 5:30 pm (expect 1-2 hr. wait in the a.m. - trade show opening day)
Monday, March 5                             8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Tuesday, March 6                            8:30 am – 3:00 pm
 

Cancellations
In order to receive a refund for cancelled badges, you must notify NACS in writing by mail, e-mail, or fax before Feb. 17. Tickets and badges must be retruned to the NACS Registrar before your refund will be processed. No refunds will be made after Feb. 17 or for no-shows.

REMINDER: Children under 18
CAMEX policy states that children under the age of 18 are not permitted on the trade show floor at any time, other than
during family hour from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m on Monday, March 5, 2012.
