NACS arranged special discounted airfares for travel to and from Salt Lake City (SLC) for CAMEX 2012.

American Airlines
CAMEX participants can receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable published air fare and is valid for travel February 25–March 14, 2012. Make reservations at www.aa.com and under Reservations/More Flight Options insert the promotion code 6122BG in the appropriate box. The Meetings Services Department can assist at 800-433-1790 however there is a separate $25.00 ticketing charge for tickets purchased via the phone.

Delta Airlines
Receive up to a 5% discount off of air fare valid for roundtrip travel February 21–March 18, 2012. Make reservations at www.delta.com: go to Book A Trip enter in airport and date information, then click on the Meeting Event Code link below. United Airlines
Please note that Continental Airlines merger with United Airlines is complete.

Utah Transit Authority (UTA) TRAX Light Rail Service
UTA's TRAX light rail system offers a FREE and convenient way to get around Salt Lake's convention district. For rides outside the FREE Fare Zone (PDF), TRAX rates remain reasonable.

Weather
During the Spring, Salt Lake City enjoys warming temperatures in the valley while snow is still common in the mountains. Average temperatures for March are 53°F for a high and 37°F for a low.
