five (extremely satisfied), the average satisfaction
rating was 4.16.
Buying is a primary job responsibility for 77% of CAMEX attendees.

The CAMEX Cashback program pays rebates to buyers for qualifying orders placed with exhibitors! Incentivizing buyers to place more orders with more exhibitors at CAMEX!
Participation is included in your CAMEX booth fees. An $800 value when compared to other trade shows that offer attendee rebate
programs.
- Nearly 2/3 of stores that attended CAMEX24 placed qualifying CAMEX Cashback orders.
- Average dollar amount of orders placed through CAMEX Cashback was nearly $30,000 per store in 2024.
There were over $4.6 million in orders placed through the CAMEX Cashback Program. The
CAMEX Cashback program continues to gain momentum yearly.
Priority Points Accrual
- Exhibit Consistency: One point for each year of consecutive exhibition at CAMEX.
- Sponsorship/Engagement Spend: Incurred in the previous year’s CAMEX event.
- One point for every $2,500 in CAMEX sponsorship/ad support
- One point for every $2,500 in NACS Foundation donations
- Vendor Affiliate Status: One point for current Vendor Affiliate status through May 31, 2025.
- Exhibit Space: One point for every 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space, reserved in the current year for CAMEX24*.
*Downsizing booth space after initial booth assignment is considered cancellation and will result in booth space reassignment.
Booth Fees
Per 10'x10' space:
NACS Vendor Affiliate members
$2,800 up to first round booth assignment deadline, August 2, 2024.
$2,950 if received after August 2, 2024.
Non-Vendor Affiliates
$3,200 up to first round booth assignment deadline, August 2, 2024.
$3,350 if received after August 2, 2024.
Corner fees - $400 each
Booth fees increase to $2,950 for Vendor Affiliates and $3,350 for Non-Vendor Affiliates after first round booth assignment deadline, August 2, 2024.
Take advantage of online upgrades with added features, to increase your visibility, they're available to purchase when submitting your online exhibit application.
50% deposit is due upon submission of exhibit application. The balance is due October 21, 2024.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be received via email to expositions@nacs.org. If cancellation request is received on or before October 21, 2024, the exhibitor will receive 50% of total booth fee (NACS keeps 50% deposit). No refunds will be given on cancellations made after October 21, 2024. Refunds due to exhibitors will be paid within 45 days of receipt of written cancellation request. If we are unable to hold CAMEX due to restrictions put in place in the U.S., State of Texas, or Fort Worth, we will revisit the refund policy and schedule
