Technical Requirements

In order to have the best CAMEX21 experience, please make sure your technology meets the following requirements.

Internet Connection

·   5-10mbps download speed is recommended

Supported Desktop Browsers

·   Google Chrome 30+

Supported Mobile Browsers

·   Chrome 45+

·   Safari 10+ (iOS)


System Requirements for Educational Conference

·   Windows 7 or higher

·   Mac OS X 10.6 or higher

·   Attendees should not log in to platform through a VPN for best viewing ability


System Requirements for Networking Events 

·   Windows 10 or higher

·   Mac OS X 10.13 or higher

·   Attendees should not log in to platform through a VPN for best viewing ability

To ensure your browser and operating system are able to work during Networking Events, perform a system check

Accessing Sessions


  • How do I access sessions for CAMEX21 Reimagined?

    Most sessions will be hosted on the Zoom platform, while networking events will take place in a Connect Space powered by Remo. 


    A link to the session will be available 5 minutes before the start time in your planner. Registered attendees should have received credentials to set up your My Show Planner. Please reach out to support if you have any issues accessing it. 


  • How can I ask questions during a session?

    Most sessions will include time for audience Q&A. To ask your questions, please post them under“Q&A” within the session. 

  • Will sessions be recorded?

    Most sessions will be recorded and available for playback following the session. A valid event registration is required to access recordings. Recordings will be hosted within the session shortly after the session has ended and will be available for access 90 days after CAMEX.




Accessing Trade Show


  • How to connect with exhibitors?

    When you access the Trade Show: Live Chat & Networking with Exhibitors event each day in your "My Show Planner," you will easily be able to browse Exhibitors in Trade Show and access the Exhibitor meeting space (on Remo).

  • I can't login, what do I do?

    Make sure you’re logging in with the same email address you used for registration. You should have received this information in your registration confirmation email.
