Attendees spent almost 3 more hours on the CAMEX trade show floor compared to national trade show averages! That’s 11.2 hours versus 8.3!


Attendees were very satisfied with the ability to meet, discuss, and do business as part of the CAMEX trade show. On a scale ranging from one (extremely dissatisfied) to five (extremely satisfied), the average satisfaction 

rating was 4.16.

Buying is a primary job responsibility for 77% of CAMEX attendees.

The CAMEX Cashback program pays rebates to buyers for qualifying orders placed with exhibitors! Incentivizing buyers to place more orders with more exhibitors at CAMEX! 

Participation is included in your CAMEX booth fees. A $950 value when compared to other trade shows that offer attendee rebate 

programs.

  • Nearly 2/3 of stores that attended CAMEX26 placed qualifying CAMEX Cashback orders.
  • Average dollar amount of orders placed through CAMEX Cashback was nearly $34,000 per store in 2026.

There were over $4.2 million in orders placed through the CAMEX Cashback Program. The CAMEX Cashback program continues to gain momentum yearly.

Booth Fees

Per 10'x10' space


  • Affiliate Vendors $3,100 for the first 10x10 booth on or before August 31, 2026. Each additional 10x10 booth is $3,300.
  • Affiliate Vendors $3,400 for the first 10x10 booth on or after September 1, 2026. Each additional 10x10 booth is $3,600.
  • Non-Affiliate Vendors $3,500 per 10x10 through August 31, 2026. $3,800 if received on or after September 1, 2026.
  • ONLY NACS vendor affiliates receive discounted booth rates, pre-show CAMEX attendee email list and special sponsorship and advertising pricing.


Corners

  • $450 each
  • Island Booths: Must include four corners ($1,800 total)


NACS members save money and receive special perks. Vendor Affiliate Members receive a booth discount: $400 off the first booth and $200 off each additional booth based on the nonmember price. Booth Deposit and Payment Schedule

  • 50% deposit is due upon receipt of exhibit application.
  • Booth balance is due by October 21, 2026.
  • After October 21, 2026, full booth payment is due upon receipt of application.



Booth Assignment Process

  • Booth assignment appointments will be made based on highest Priority Points and the date the application and deposit are received.
  • The online booth space draw will allow you to see available booth space, check where others have been assigned, and select your desired location in real time.
  • Applications received after August 11, 2026 will be assigned booths based on date received.
  • Companies that wish to exhibit side-by-side must submit their applications together with an explanatory letter.


Priority Points Accrual

 

  1. Exhibit Consistency: One point for each year of consecutive exhibition at CAMEX. 
  2. Sponsorship/Engagement Spend: Incurred in the previous year’s CAMEX event. 
  3. One point for every $2,500 in CAMEX sponsorship/ad support 
  4. One point for every $2,500 in NACS Foundation donations 
  5. Vendor Affiliate Status: One point for current Vendor Affiliate status through May 31, 2027. 
  6. Exhibit Space: One point for every 100 sq ft of exhibit space utilized at CAMEX26*. 

 

*Downsizing booth space after initial booth assignment is considered cancellation and may result in booth space reassignment.


Cancellations

All cancellations must be received via email to expositions@nacs.org.


  • If cancellation request is received on or before October 21, 2026, the exhibitor will receive 50% of total booth fee (NACS keeps 50% deposit).
  • No refunds will be given on cancellations made after October 21, 2026. Refunds due to exhibitors will be paid within 45 days of receipt of written cancellation request. If we are unable to hold CAMEX due to restrictions put in place in the U.S., State of Missouri, or Kansas City, we will revisit the refund policy and schedule.

Choosing to download an image indicates your agreement with the following guidelines.


·        Logo must be large enough to read all type

·        Logo must be placed straight with adequate space around it - no angles

·        Logo must be placed alone - do not include as part of another logo or text block

·        Do not place text over logo

·        Do not break logo apart

·        Do not alter colors

·        If logo is being used on a promotional product, artwork must be submitted for

You’ll book your hotel room nights directly through the CAMEX27 Hotel links to receive our negotiated rates and get the protection offered by booking in the CAMEX27 room block. All official communications concerning the CAMEX Hotels will come directly from NACS or the hotel itself.
