Packing Tips

Business casual is recommended but feel free to represent your school! Dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes.

Check the weather in Savannah. Don’t forget an umbrella just in case.

Savannah Convention Center (SCC) is a cashless facility, plan on using a debit or credit card, Apple and Google Pay. This includes concessions sales, bar sales, and the onsite market.

• Downtown boarding location adjacent to Hyatt Regency Savannah 
  
• In the event that the Coast Guard temporarily stops the ferries due to fog, attendees may take an Uber or Lyft at their own expense.

PartnerShip Ship Center

New this year! The PartnerShip team will be running a FedEx ship center, making it easier than ever to get your product samples and catalogs back home from the show. You’ll find the ship center in the back of the exhibit hall, conveniently located by the seating area. Make sure to bring your FedEx account number to make the process seamless. Don’t have a FedEx account? Open one and get industry leading discounts.

• Tickets are required for this event and are no longer available for purchase. On-site ticket sales will not be available. It is already included in Full Conference and Trade Show registrations.
• Badge required for entry.
• Outdoor venue, weather permitting. Dress accordingly.
• Two drink tickets per person included. For additional drinks, bars will accept credit cards (no cash).

Happy Hour on the Trade Show Floor

Join us from 3:30-5:00 p.m. on Sunday and Monday. Participating vendors will be listed near show entrances.

Stay Hydrated

Bring an earth-friendly, refillable water bottle with you. There’s plenty of water bottle filling stations throughout the convention center!

Wear Your Name Badge

All attendees are required to wear a name badge to gain access to educational sessions, the trade show floor, and special events.

On-site Registration is in the SCC Lobby in front of Hall A.
